A senior member of IEEE and a full member of Sigma-Xi, Vivek stands as a testament to his dedication to advancing the field. With a portfolio of over 25 granted US patents, Vivek's impact in memory design is undeniable. His insights have been shared through 6 publications in esteemed IEEE conferences, contributing to the collective knowledge of the community.
Vivek's legacy of innovation includes being the industry's pioneer in conceptualizing and implementing capacitive coupling-based negative bitline write assist.
